Guests and clients alike will deal directly with us – Jonny & Levi – who are on local ground managing the day-to-day and caring for our guests, clients, and their homes. However, we can’t do it alone. We work with our trusted cleaning partners to help us deliver hotel quality linen, provide regular restocking, and exceptional cleaning services between guests’ reservations. It’s not all serious business though, and we have learned that laughter is the best stress buster, so why not share a laugh along the way?
Stress Free Cover
Airbnb provide excellent coverage for hosts. AirCover covers damage caused by a guest with a quick and easy claims process and support for Super Hosts like us. For all other booking platforms, we run security checks and collect damage deposits with the help of Superhog and provide insurance through Guardhog to cover the infrequent damage caused by guests during their stay.
