Founded by partner’s, Levi Williamson and Jonny Bell, our journey began back in 2021 with our own Airbnb and a passion for creating exceptional short-term stays. With a shared commitment to hospitality and client care, we embarked on this venture to redefine our client’s and guest’s property experience.

Since launching Aire Spaces in 2023, we have been helping homeowners earn more from their property by supporting them through the stages of license applications, preparing the property and creating the listing, all the way through to the daily guest management and support with maintenance of their property.

We’ve grown from managing our first two client’s properties – cleaned by us – to managing many more by engaging professional cleaning partners and taking on a property management software to streamline the daily management.

Our current operation is situated within Edinburgh and its fringes with the outlook to expand into Fife and Greater Lothians by building our hosting and cleaning teams in these areas.

Our mission is to allow clients the freedom to travel – to have their home looked after whilst earning a healthy income from it – whilst creating exceptional guest experiences to ensure they keep coming back.

Short-term letting comes with a rewarding income, but it isn’t always easy to find good cleaners or handle guest communications 24/7 and you may find out quickly that short letting your property on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com yourself can restrict your freedom.

The good news is, that we are experts at managing turnovers between bookings and are available to deal with guests at any time of the day or night – all year round – so we can make sure our client’s properties are looked after and crafted into a welcoming retreat for every guest. From seamless check-ins to meticulous turnovers and support with maintenance, we take pride in offering a level of service that exceeds expectations.

We like to work with good people and form strong relationships

We recognise that most of our clients are looking to rent out their home and we like to care for it like it is our own. Working closely with our clients to create the best listing at the right nightly price that works for them is important to us.

We can be as flexible as you need and have different pricing options to suit your needs – we don’t believe in a rigid one size fits all agreement with our clients.

We also want to give our clients as much of a hands-off experience as they need, so you can take on life how you want to whilst we keep on bringing in the money for you.
